The pitch guys were awe-inspiring, calling me too soon and polite to my father and me! The exclusive thing I am disappointed is that IT came already assembled. Cypher is marred, but I was hoping information technology would unruffled be in the boxes and waiting until Christmas Day. My pa had to correct the wheels on that later, the casters were on rearward. We were likewise missing keys to both the lead and nethermost chests. I wear't have patience for autoloading voice card, so I went happening chat on the Craftsman website and they referred me to the company that specializes in their keys/locks. They mailed me two pairs without charge! A little hassle, just overall, my dad loves IT!
